How to buy SOL?

To buy SOL, open your Solflare wallet and tap the Buy button. You’ll be redirected to Onramper, a fiat-to-crypto service that uses local providers depending on your country. Just follow the steps to complete your purchase. Once processed, the SOL will be delivered directly to your wallet.

My ledger keeps on having errors with my Solflare wallet, how do I fix this?

If you’re seeing connection or signing issues with Ledger, the most common fix is to re-enable USB permissions in your browser settings under Privacy & Security. Also, make sure that Blind Signing is enabled in Ledger Live. Once that’s done, try reconnecting your wallet.

Why is there a warning symbol next to my tokens, and how can I remove it?

Tokens that appear with a warning or "unverified" tag may not have passed verification checks yet. This could mean the token was just minted in the past 24 hours, hasn’t been registered through Jupiter’s verification platform, or simply lacks enough liquidity or trading volume. Some tokens are also too new to have reached a minimum number of holders. While these tokens can still be real, you should verify their legitimacy using a decentralized exchange like Jupiter, Raydium, Birdeye, or Dexscreener before making any trades.

How do I delete my wallet?

You can’t delete a wallet from the blockchain itself, but you can remove it from your device. Transfer your assets elsewhere, then delete the wallet from your app or extension. If you’re done with it entirely, burn the recovery phrase and leave the wallet unused.

How do I log in or log out of my Solflare Wallet?

Solflare doesn’t use traditional logins. You unlock your wallet with a recovery phrase, private key, or hardware wallet. Locking your wallet secures it with a passcode or biometrics. Logging out removes the wallet entirely — you’ll need to re-import your recovery phrase to get back in. To adjust lock settings, go to Settings > Security & Privacy > Auto-Lock.

How to stake or unstake?

Open the Solflare app. To stake: Tap “Stake” → Choose a validator → Enter the amount of SOL → Confirm. To unstake: Go to “Staking” → Tap your staked SOL → Hit “Unstake.” Note: Unstaking on Solana takes one full epoch (about 2–4 days) before you can withdraw your SOL.

Why is my portfolio balance different from what I actually have?

Solflare outsorces its price feed data so it is possible that you may be temporarily seeing inaccurate pricing. This does not mean your tokens or NFTs are worth more or less on the actual market. Please note that scam tokens or NFTs often inflate their price data to appear more valuable than they really are, which can further distort what you see in the wallet. Also, there’s the possibility of a temporary syncing issue with the blockchain but rest assured, your actual holdings are safe — the portfolio value is just an estimate based on available price info.

How can I delete scam NFTs, and is this one a scam?

If an NFT you didn’t mint claims you’ve won something or contains sketchy links, it’s most likely a scam. Don’t click anything. You can safely burn scam NFTs using sol-incinerator.com, or hide them from view in the Solflare app. Report any scams through Settings > Support.

Why is my wallet or its assets not loading properly? Why are some missing?

Try refreshing the token list, closing and reopening the app, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, toggling your VPN on or off, or restarting your device. Also check if you’ve disabled any tokens in the token list. If the issue persists, make sure the app is updated or reinstall it (only after backing up your recovery phrase). Still stuck? Reach out via the Support option in the wallet or visit help.solflare.com.

When swapping a token, there’s a warning that says Price Impact or No/Low Liquidity Available. What should I do?

That means the token you’re trying to swap has low trading activity or not enough liquidity. This can result in receiving much less than expected, or being unable to complete the swap. You can try swapping a smaller amount or wait for better liquidity conditions.

I mistakenly sent my tokens to the wrong address, can I recover it?

Sadly, no. Blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible - once they go through, they cannot be cancelled. If you don’t own or don’t have any control over the address you sent your tokens to, your tokens are gone. Always double-check before sending, especially with copy-pasted addresses.

Why haven’t my tokens arrived at the CEX after sending them from my Solflare Wallet?

First, make sure you sent a token that’s actually supported by the exchange and that you selected the correct network (Solana). If you’ve confirmed both, it might just be a delay on the exchange’s end. Deposits typically arrive within minutes, but sometimes take up to 30 minutes. If your tokens are still missing, contact the exchange’s support.
